About this event

Managing Multiple Priorities:

Managing calendars has become a challenge for everyone. Regardless of what techniques we implement, there never seems to be enough hours in a day. The result is a feeling of stress, frustration and loss of control. Effective time management can help professionals avoid burn-out, loss of productivity and engagement challenges. This workshop is designed to provide you with specific suggestions that will allow you to:

• have a better understanding of where you spend your time

• understand the tie between daily and weekly planning

• enhance your ability to apply critical thinking concepts to managing tasks

• help you manage multiple priorities effectively

This workshop will provide you with techniques to stay focused on what’s important day-to-day and week-to-week. We will also discuss specific tactics to managing high priority tasks, while also taking a longer term view of managing your goals and staying balanced.
